Resolved Text Editor Spell-Check Corrections Not Saving

We fixed an issue where, after typing into a text editor (e.g. composing a note or email) and correcting a spelling error using the browser's right-click context menu, the correction was not saved if the user saved the field immediately without typing anything else. Now, spell-check corrections are saved correctly regardless of whether any additional text is entered after the correction.
